This week i just published my website. The site doesn't have much but only because i haven't got much to put up yet. Even though its up and running i don't think im going to get the word out yet, not until i have more content. So far i have about 4 pieces of artwork of my own, and i am currently working on a painting of the little mermaid. Last week was one of my friend's birthday and as a present i decided to do a painting of Ariel for her. Ariel is her favorite Disney character, and instead of buying her merchandise i decided to do a painting just because i believe it has more meaning to it. Good work so far. What else do you want to add before you spread the word? Are you going to have more personal examples or other people's work as well? Have you conducted a plan for spreading the word? Keep in mind that it takes some people time to respond to you and send you pictures of their work, so spread the word soon.
